Your health and the integrity of your skin remain our top priority. To ensure treatment without the risk of side effects, certain strict contraindications must be observed:
- Sun & UV Exposure: The area to be treated must not have been exposed to the sun or UV rays (tanning beds/self-tanning products) during the 4 weeks prior to treatment.
- Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: As a clinical precaution, no laser treatments are performed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Photosensitizing Treatments: Laser exposure is incompatible with the use of certain medications (photosensitizing antibiotics, cortisone, and acne treatments such as Roaccutane).
- Local Skin Lesions: Presence of eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, herpes, or an active infection in the target area.
